How to Activate / Upgrade to Ncell 4G ? Ncell 4G offers

Ncell- The Leading Telecommunication Company in Nepal has  launched 4G service from June 1. The company has also launched One plan service on 15th June (today). To use Ncell 4G you need to Upgrade your Ncell SIM to USIM.

As per expectations, on the occasion of Ncell 4G launch, Ncell is providing 1GB free data with validity of 3 days for the 4G users[Data offer has been expired] and also the user can use Yonder Music App from Ncell for free for 1 month.

How can you Upgrade to Ncell 4G?

As mentioned above, you have to upgrade you old Ncell SIM to USIM for using 4G Service, and the upgrade is free of cost. Just you have to do is,

• Go to nearest Ncell Center with your  Original Citizenship certificate and you will be provided your Ncell USIM Free of Cost.
• If your are not the owner of the SIM you can also transfer ownership by filling a form and submitting minumum of 10 correct phone numbers with whom you contacted 6 months ago or earlier.

What are the Requirements for using Ncell 4G?

You should fulfill following things to Use Ncell 4G

• You should have Ncell 4G sim (USIM).
• You should have 4G supported handset.
• You should be in Ncell 4G coverage areas( currently it is available in Kathmandu valley, Dhulikhel ,Nagarkot and will be available in Pokhara and Damauli from July 1)

How to Activate 4G on Ncell?
Ncell 4G will be activated automatically if you have USIM.
You may dial *324# For the activation of Yonder Music App Unlimited Streaming for 30 days.
How to enable 4G in Your Handset?
You can go to Settings > More Networks> Enabke 4G
How to get Unlimited access to Yonder Music?
Dial *324# and it will valid for 30 days.
How to check whether your SIM is 4G supported (USIM) or not?

• Just type Q and send to 324 
• Or dial *324#

If you have purchased new SIM you can query whether your SIM is USIM or not by Contacting to Ncell Customer Care(9005).
