How to Create and Add Sitemap Page in Blogger


Hello, today I am going to tell you how you can create your sitemap page. Firstly, I want to tell you about sitemap, a sitemap is simply a guide/map of the contents of your websites. It includes your Post title with tags and published dates. A reason for adding sitemap to your website and submit it to search engine is to gain traffic as search engines Extract data primarily from sitemaps and then other. So if you add a sitemap to your website it will be great beneficial for you ansd your visitors as it enables visitor to locate their interested post and topic on your website. Moreover, this creates a good impression to your visitors that your website isn't newly established or is managed by anministrator having decent knowledge in website setting and making. Here you will get your sitemap in HTML form (/sitemap.html) in blogger default you get on .XML file format (/sitemap.xml).
 So, let's start with beginning.
First of all you need to go to Pages Tab and Select New Page.
Then go to HTML tab and Paste the following Html Codes highlighted by dark green colour.

That's all and press the Publish Button. Now go to view that page you will see your sitemap.<br />

Now for setting the sitemap into template.
simply go to Layout and Click Add Gadgets 
Then select Pages tab 
After selecting Pages Tab click on add links to pages and copy the sitemap page link and paste it there.
And then check the Sitemap page in the Pages Tab
